JOB DESCRIPTION:
Promoting 3bl in different potential Woredas and towns in the region, meeting the responsible officials, and getting potential projects.
Coordinating challenging and bureaucratic tasks with government officials includes but is not limited to issues like transformers and others.
Lead different community meetings about their participation in the project.
Coordinating and managing the construction team at each project site.
Communicate with the responsible officials and get potential projects.
Working to create and increase the acceptance of the 3BL's technology.
Train and support the franchise and the construction team.
Follow up on every activity of different projects.
Help in facility management of completed projects. These include but are not limited to facilitating monthly revenue collection and coordinating the monthly water meter reading.
Manage and facilitate any outsourcing options for construction-related services and recruit potential service providers for such services.
Help in approving subcontract works quality and payment process.
Risk assessment and potential danger alerting of the head office with regard to the project’s current status and the political environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in any water-related field of study.
Experience in water sector project administration.
5+ years of management and leadership experience in any government office position.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
