JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Admin works in collaboration with the Clara Team located in Hawassa and Triple Bottom Line Enterprise located in Addis Ababa to make sure everything goes smoothly in terms of documentation and process procedure in Hawassa And also monitor and report on the company’s inventory.

We are looking for a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities who possess great attention to detail.

She/he will work in collaboration with both teams to:

  • Prepare internal purchase request

  • Prepare, receive notes, and manage all purchase-related documents.

  • Maintain close communication between head office and team Hawassa.

  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

  • Inventory Management

  • Document and manage all related documents.

  • Handling purchases, collecting proformas, and purchasing materials with a full documentation process.

  • Managing all paperwork related to the company.

  • Completing tasks assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, or relevant field

  • Relevant qualifications will be a plus

  • Proven 1 - 2 Years Experience in Inventory Control/Office Admin or similar position

  • Fluency in English and Amharic, other languages are a plus.

  • Residency in Hawassa is a must.

  • Communication: Effective communication is essential. You need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. You also need to be able to listen attentively and understand the needs of others.
