We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

We are looking to hire a Program Manager who will be part of the 3BL team in Addis Ababa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management

  • Lead and motivate a team of project members to achieve project goals

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any changes to the plan

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

  • Track project progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed

  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

  • Close out projects and evaluate success

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication

  • Experience leading and motivating teams

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

SKILLS:

Communication: Effective communication is essential. You need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. You also need to be able to listen attentively and understand the needs of others.

Cooperation: Being able to work together with others to achieve a common goal. It also means being willing to compromise and share ideas.

Problem-solving: The ability to identify problems, gather information, and develop solutions.
