NET SALARY: 10,000 ETB net/month open for negotiation based on experience
AVAILABILITY: Full Time (40hr per week)

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Flowius Representative Coordinator to join our Flowius Sustain team and contribute to our innovative projects. As a Flowius Representative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with our Flowius Representatives, follow up on work assigned, and organize reports for partners and for internal purpose. This position is a growing position, and you will work under the guidance and mentorship of our Head of Flowius Sustain.
JOB SUMMARY:
Daily, weekly, and monthly communication with Flowius Representatives located in the field
Reporting of activities and communications with end-users
First line of contact for Flowius Representatives handling field issues
Customer support for end-users
IT support for Flowius Representatives and end-users
Support for hiring, onboarding, and training of Flowius Representatives
Support for end-user field training for financial and technical management of water and irrigation systems
Support in developing project activity details
Collection of field reports to be aggregated for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for partners and internal purposes
Aggregation of documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for partners and internal purposes
SPECIFICATIONS:
The minimum required professional skills for the job holder to perform successfully in their position include
University diploma in business administration, management, economics, marketing, or similar fields
Previous experience: fresh graduate up to maximum two years experience
Fluency in English and Amharic, other languages are a plus
SKILLS:
Good working knowledge of use of mobile and web applications
Excellent communicator who is willing to spend multiple hours of the day on the phone, meeting with team members, or running training sessions
Problem solver with a growth mindset
Ability to stay well organized and write reports
Willingness to travel to rural areas for weeks at a time
