JOB TITLE: Revit Engineer

• DUTY STATION: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• NET SALARY: 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 ETB net/month depending on experience

• AVAILABILITY: Full-TIme

ABOUT US:

Triple Bottom Line Enterprises is a company in Ethiopia that outsources Building Information Modeling (BIM) services to construction companies across the globe through its division, 3BL Studios. We use our construction and software expertise to build in-depth 3D models of buildings to support contractors in their construction processes. 

We are seeking candidates who are independent, responsible, self-motivated, creative, and quick to learn new software and applications.  We are interested in candidates with a background in structural engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering or design, or construction who have strong expertise in BIM software.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Creating BIM content for structural building components using technical software processes to support construction teams from across the world.

• Use of Revit for modeling and annotating.

• Precast buildings and pieces.

• Lift drawings for walls, columns, slabs, beams, and other structural framing.

• Rebar drawings for walls, columns, slabs, beams, and other structural framing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in  Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• At least two years of relevant experience in using Revit for building modeling.

• Ability to understand and work in both metric and imperial (feet, inches) units.

• Understanding of construction documents and drawings.

• Understanding of basic construction means and methods.

• Ability to adapt to evolving BIM software, technology, processes, and services.

• Fluency in English and Amharic, other languages are a plus.
